His complete name is Gusti Km. Ngurah Lanang Me, Gus Lanang, a Balinese, is our Laughter Yoga teacher for our retreat. His beautiful smile and amazing laughter and fun body movement he gives every morning during the 7 day retreats we have, is one of favorite sessions. With background as a painter, Gus Lanang changed his profession and life mission after joining and learning the laughter Yoga in 2010.
He started teaching and holding classes small and big groups in 2012. Gus Lanang’s motto is always to be who he is, to benefit others, and happiness is the way of life, in every breath.
